Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began to train in the combat sports. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Invicta Combat Championships 16, She took her next bout in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen used her superior wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her via the third round TKO(elbows as well as punches). Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd after 16 seconds which ended the streak of winning. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, was defeated by Randamie. For a rematch, she fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. It was a unanimous decision in her favor.
